LOCAL FELLAS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCAL FELLAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF LOCAL FELLAS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LOCAL FELLAS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LOCAL FELLAS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Fellas and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Local Fellas may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.
